Survey qualification & rewards FAQ

Common questions about how surveys, qualification and points work.

Each survey is looking for a specific audience. Your profile helps us match you, and some surveys include a few screening questions at the start to confirm you fit the target group.
Screen-outs happen when a study has already reached enough respondents in your group, or your answers indicate you are not part of the target audience for that specific project. It is completely normal.
Points reflect the estimated length and complexity of each survey. The point value is shown before you begin, so you always know what a survey is worth.
Most surveys take between 5 and 20 minutes. The estimated time is displayed on each survey card.
Once you reach the minimum redemption threshold, you can exchange points for available rewards such as gift cards and vouchers, subject to program terms and availability.
