You receive invitations to surveys that match your profile. Each survey shows an estimated time and point value up front. You answer honestly, and points are credited for eligible, completed responses.

Your profile helps us match you to relevant studies. Many surveys also include a few screening questions at the start to confirm you belong to the target audience.

This varies by member and by the studies currently running. A more complete profile generally improves how often you are matched with relevant surveys.

Most surveys take between 5 and 20 minutes. The estimated time is always shown before you start.

Points reflect the estimated length and complexity of a survey. The value is displayed on each survey so you know what it is worth before you begin.

Once you reach the minimum redemption threshold, visit the Rewards page and exchange points for available rewards, subject to availability, country and program terms.

Point expiry, if any, is governed by the program terms in effect. We recommend redeeming regularly and reviewing the Terms & Conditions for the current policy.

Absolutely. My Opinion Panel is mobile-first — you can sign up, take surveys and redeem rewards from any smartphone, tablet or computer.

Screen-outs occur when a study already has enough respondents in your group, or your answers indicate you are not in the target audience for that project. It is normal and not a reflection of your value as a member.

Survey availability depends on the studies running at any moment and how they match your profile. Keeping your profile up to date improves your chances of being invited.

Yes. Participation is voluntary and you can close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
